At Tommy's Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and grooming purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to comply with health and safety regulations for beauty products.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
